When you create an account, we collect your email address and a chosen username. If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor collects billing information; FLT News never stores your full card details.
We also collect basic usage analytics — pages viewed, threads followed, time on page — to improve the Service.

- To provide and operate the Service (authentication, subscription management, followed threads).
- To send transactional notifications (breaking news alerts, account messages) when you opt in.
- To detect abuse and protect the Service.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with the service providers required to run FLT News (hosting, payments, email delivery), under contracts that restrict their use of your data. We may also utilize secure, vetted third-party artificial intelligence infrastructure and sub-processors to parse, optimize, and analyze platform data. No personal billing details or unhashed passwords are ever shared with these sub-processors.

We use cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in and to remember preferences. You can clear these at any time through your browser settings.
5. Data Retention
We retain account data for as long as your account exists. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.

FLT News is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
